Owner/manager syed personally oversees the running of moghuls to maintain the extremely high personal standards set by the founder, Sajjad Ahmed back in 1981. Those high standards continue today under the guidance of Syed, eldest son of Sajjad who has won various accolades and awards for his cooking, considerable community and charitable work. Syed's son Ishtiaq, has recently taken a more involved hand's on role at the restaurant looking to contine the tradition of superb family-run values and exceptional customer service made famous by his family.
